Customer business names and contact details are held on our Sage accounting system on encrypted servers and backup systems. No Customer bank details or credit card information are stored on our accounting system.

Credit Card Details – Credit card payments are handled by Opayo whom are GDPR compliant and PCI compliant. Once payment has been received, all information is stored in locked cabinets for one calendar month then shredded. This website is Powered by Shopfront - Gob2b act as our Data Processor when signing up to the b2b website. Names, email, address, IP address, location, company name and telephone number, and any other information relevant to your order are stored securely on servers. No Payment information is stored.
