Responsibilities
  • Taking in-bound and making out-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Dealing with walk in customers and internet enquiries.
  • Developing customer relationships through providing good product knowledge and creating an effective first impression.
  • Providing a seamless service to workshop and other departments as well as trade/retail customers
  • Complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately.
  • Checking availability of stock from various enquiries.

Bristol Auto Electrical, Service Advisor Vacancy - Bristol and Westbury (On-site)

Full time - 40 hours a week

Responsibilities
  • Booking customer vehicles in for repairs / new installs and liaising with the workshop team
  • Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
  • Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls
  • Liaising with the Workshop & Parts to ensure customers vehicles are ready on time
  • Typing up job sheets and invoicing the customer / collecting payment.
  • Generally assisting the Service Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Installations of specialist aftermarket equipment into vehicles – Usually Safety products into Commercial vehicles – Cameras, Proximity sensors, Lighting, Power management and related equipment
  • General automotive electrical repairs and diagnostics Service/ repair of auxiliary heating and air conditioning
  • Experience in installing aftermarket equipment into new and used vehicles
  • Knowledge in using various diagnostic equipment advantageous.
  • Must have good knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and be able to diagnose basic and complex faults
