Customer business names and contact details are held on our Sage accounting system on encrypted servers and backup systems. No Customer bank details or credit card information are stored on our accounting system.

Credit Card Details – Credit card payments are handled by World Pay, Paypal and Stripe both of whom are GDPR compliant and PCI compliant. Once payment has been received, all information is stored in locked cabinets for one calendar month then shredded. No credit card information is stored on any computer system or hard copies retained by Bristol Auto electrical Ltd.

Online booking services – Motasoft act as our Data Processor when booking a service with us via our website. Names, email, address, IP address, location, company name and telephone number, Vehicle data, work preformed and any other information relevant to your booking are stored securely on Motasofts servers. No Payment information is stored.
