Customer business names and contact details are held on our Sage accounting system on encrypted servers and backup systems. No Customer bank details or credit card information are stored on our accounting system.

Credit Card Details – Credit card payments are handled by Opayo whom are GDPR compliant and PCI compliant. Once payment has been received, all information is stored in locked cabinets for one calendar month then shredded. No credit card information is stored on any computer system or hard copies retained by Bristol Auto electrical Ltd.
